Please note: While this trip focuses on the life of St. Francis, this is not a "religious" trip and you do not need to ascribe to any particular religion to participate.

Also, this trip requires a high level of physical fitness. The hiking days are rigorous. So if you are not familiar with the demands of hiking 10-15 miles per day with elevation gains of 1000+ feet each day, we strongly encourage you to to undergo a training plan with a coach or other qualified professional.
